So basically what you've got is whatever.
Not too many films out this week. You've got a Michael Jackson documentary coming out on Wednesday, and that guy's only gonna be in theaters for like two weeks. So if you are a Michael fan or whatever, see it sooner rather than later.
Friday's just got some limited releases (weird for Halloween, I know...)
Gentlemen Broncos, from the maker of Napoleon Dynamite, obviously looks fucked up. Funny, though. If you watched Stella, the plot looks the same as the "Novel" episode. Dude writes a book and a desperate author steals the story. It stars Sam Rockwell, Michael Angarano, Jennifer Coolidge, and Jermaine Clement. It's rated PG-13.
Also out is Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day.
It's the sequel to a movie you may have heard of: yup, the Boondock Saints of 1999. That was a cult classic, and has a pretty devout following, so I'm thinking this one is going to do alright. Honestly though, the best part of the first movie was Willem Dafoe, who is not in this one. Other than that, the same main characters are back: Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus are back to kick some ass, it's still directed by Troy Duffy, and Patrick Connolly is back as Il Duce. Looks legit. Rated R.
